This 50.8 acre retail site is situated on Historic Highway 66, between a new Wal-Mart Supercenter and a Lowe's Home Improvement Center.  Plans are currently being completed for a new boulevard entrance to this development off of Highway 66.  The new boulevard entrance will loop through the development and connect to Country Club Road, at the Wal-Mart entrance signal.  The current development plans will include the relocation of an existing Dollar General store, the installation of interiors roadways, the installation of drainage reserve facilities and the construction of a new 20,000 square foot retail center.  More more information, contact jtapp@tappdevelopment.com
